Rascal came to SoCo after he was found tethered to a chain in the hot sun.  He along with 5 other dogs were all living in the same conditions.  They had only a dog house to protect them from the elements.  The woman who was caring for these dogs tried her best but was unable to care for them as they needed to be.   Rascal loves to run around and really enjoys his play time. He's a young boy that still has lots of puppy energy to expend.  He will need a family that can give him his exercise needs.  Rascal gets along well with other dogs and people alike.

As of 5/15/16 it's estimated Rascal is 1 year old.  He is current on all his vaccinations and he is neutered.  Rascal will need some help on his house breaking as he's never lived in a house before.  He has a lot of love to give and deserves a loving home.  If interested in this fun boy please submit an application to www.socorescue.com.
